Flying Ace Express Car Wash

The worst of this type of car wash I’ve been to. Just want to pay for my wash, vacuum, and wipe down the inside of my car. But no, you get the hard sell to subscribe before you even pay, then they hand you a piece of trash (their advertising air freshener) before you get the wash, then they try to get upsell you AGAIN making you pay $1 to get join their “towel program”. Just the worst. Don’t know if it’s just this franchise or what but I’d rather drive across town than return to this hellscape.

Usually provides a pretty thorough wash. Recommend the unlimited pass if you wash at least once a week. Brushes are silicone/plastic style. Vacuums are strong and reliable, two nozzle options. Drying towels and air pump available on site. Definitely go in the morning, because they can get pretty busy in the afternoon.

Could be worse, could be better. I have a membership here during the winter months, but my car never comes out completely clean. And when did they raise their cost by $4? That seems kind of outrageous.

Decent prices for monthly memberships. Excellent for winter time to keep my car clean of salt. Can wash it every day if need be. Nice that the vacuums are free. I got the cheapest membership at $20.00 a month. I've only had it for about 5 days and have been through 3 times. The quality of wash is what I expect with an automatic car wash. All in all so for I'm pleased with my purchase.

Update. Like so many places, after the Grand Opening the service, the smiles and the promises go away .. Not just his location but all of them: Some things that disappeared. Smiles and attentiveness. How many times have you had to wait while the people guiding you into the car wash finished his/her conversation with another employee? almost every time for me. The Price went UP the perks went down. No free towels to detail the car now. Air fresheners are scare When the gate sticks and the help is slow to arrive. HOW MANY TIMES HAS THE PAID TO BE A VIP EXPRESS LANE C L O S E D? This one is so strange to me. One of their best selling points to a monthly membership is this lane. Not that it gets you in faster but it is a perceived benefit and great advertisement to be a VIP and PAY MORE! Up to the time they CLOSE The lane and single out the VIP to disrespect their paid advantage. This is where a great business model hits the skids. Where they open the door for the many new car washes ( as they were not long ago) to offer a lure to take THEIR VIPS... Yes when the car lanes are full these things are not a problem. But when the other guys opens across the street and his VIPS
